If you do not like or are not satisfied with your order please return the item or items in their jeweled pouches with the original tags on the pieces within 30 days of the purchase date and we will exchange it or refund your money, less a 10% return transaction fee and the shipping charges.
Return postage and insurance of the value of the piece of jewelry is the responsibility of the customer.
Please pad merchandise and return it in the box it was sent in.
If you wish to change, adjust or repair any piece of Sparkle’s jewelry, Sparkles will be glad to accommodate your needs with a fee for this custom service.
All Sales are final after 30 days.
